Pineland Hotel and Resort

Your stay at Pineland will be more than comfortable and enjoyable especially with the abundance of rooms and residence options available that meet every budget and luxury requirement.

It has spacious areas surrounded with pine forests as dedicated activity areas such as specialized horse back riding areas, ATV areas, biking areas, sports playgrounds and surely children areas. The resort was built to be at one with nature, conserving the local environment, and promoting local culture.

With all the available activities offered at Pineland, it is impossible to enjoy them all to the fullest during one stay.

Horse Back Riding $20 per hour - offered with a special trainer that will lead you in a special field between the trees

Shooting Range $1 per shoot - in a special field for shooting with an expertise person available to help

Biking $5 per hour - in the heart of nature to test the enjoyment of mountain Biking

ATV's $1 per min - carting and ATV are most enjoyable activities at Pineland

Internet Facilities $5 per hour

SPA - massages therapies, body polish, wrapping, mineral water bath, aroma bath, sand & mud wrapping, jacuzzi, hand & foot treatment, facial treatments, finishing touches.

Late check out policy:
- Check out between 2-6pm: half room night charge is applied
- Check-out after 6pm: full room night is charged

Cancellation Policy:

You can choose to cancel your booking after Signing In to My Account and clicking on the "cancel booking" link.  Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until the requested down payment or full payment is received.

- Cancellations or changes made before 31 days prior to arrival are charged a 6% processing fee (from the total amount).
- Cancellations or changes made before 20 days prior to arrival are subject to a 20% penalty.
- Cancellations or changes made less than 20 days from arrival date are subject to a 50% penalty.
- Cancellations or changes made less than 7 days of check-in or once the trip commences are subject to a 100% penalty.

There are no exceptions, including weather or other factors beyond our control. No refund in full or in part will be given for unutilized services in the packages.

- All refund requests must occur within 30 days of hotel check-out. Refunds will be done by debiting the Client's credit card.
