Cancellations or changes made after payment is received a 6% penalty is kept as processing fee. Cancellation deadline is 8 days in low season and 16 days in high season otherwise and in case of no show the full stay will be charged.
High season: Adha Nov12-25, Christmas & New Year Dec22-Jan4, Saudi winter holidays Feb2-11, Kuwaiti winter holidays Feb23-26, GCC spring holidays Apr6-15, Summer Jun-Sep.
All refund requests must occur within 20 days of hotel check-out. Refunds will be done by debiting the Client's credit card.
