Check-out after 12PM noon and before 6PM will be charged 50% of the nightly room rate extended during the stay.
Any check-out after 6PM will be charged as one full night stay.
- Children below 12 years old and sharing their parents' room are free of charge, room only; if extra bed is required, it will be charged.
- Children below five years old are entitled for a complimentary breakfast
- Baby Crib or Cot is offered on complimentary basis, subject to availability
You can choose to cancel your booking after Signing In to Traveler Corner. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until the requested down payment or full payment is received.
For the Weekends (Friday & Saturday nights):
A 6% charge will be applied if cancellation is done fifteen (15) days prior to arrival
50% charge of the total booking and a minimum of two nights charges will be applied if cancellation is done less than fifteen (15) days prior to arrival or in case of no-show.
For Weekdays (from Sunday till Thursday nights):
A 6% charge will be applied if cancellation is done eight days prior to arrival
50% charge of the total booking will be applied if cancellation is done less than eight days prior to arrival or in case of no-show.
For the Holiday Periods:
A 6% Charges will be applied if cancellation is done Thirty one (31) days prior to arrival
Full Booking charges will be applied if cancellation is done less than Thirty one (31) days prior to arrival or in case of no-show.
There are no exceptions, including weather or other factors beyond our control. No refund in full or in part will be given for unutilised services in the packages.
All refund requests must occur within 30 days of hotel check-out. Refunds will be done by debiting the Client's credit card.
