- A charge of 50% of the room rate will be applied for late checkout till 6PM, and a full night charge after that time.
- Full Breakfast Buffet is available in Mosaic Restaurant at $35/person.
- On-site parking facilities are available at the hotel at a nominal fee of $20/day .

Cancellations or changes made after payment is received a 6% penalty is kept as processing fee. Cancellation deadline is 8 days in low season and 16 days in high season otherwise and in case of no show the full stay will be charged.

All refund requests must occur within 20 days of hotel check-out. Refunds will be done by debiting the Client's credit card.
