Any check out between 2-6pm, half room night charge is applied.
For check-outs after 6pm, full room night is charged.
Children policy:
Children under the age of 12 years old sharing parents' room will stay for free. (Max. 2 children)

Cancellations or changes made after payment is received a 6% penalty is kept as processing fee. Cancellation deadline is 6 days in low season and 9 days in high season otherwise and in case of no show the first night will be charged.
High season: Adha Nov12-25, Christmas & New Year Dec22-Jan4, Saudi winter holidays Feb2-11, Kuwaiti winter holidays Feb23-26, GCC spring holidays Apr6-15, Summer Jun-Sep.
All refund requests must occur within 20 days of hotel check-out. Refunds will be done by debiting the Client's credit card.
