You can choose to cancel your "tour" by signing in to your account and clicking on the "Cancel Booking" link.
Cancellations or changes in dates made before 72 hours of the tour time a fee of US$30 is applied. Whereby cancellations or changes in dates made less than 72 hours 100% penalty is kept as a cancellation fee. In case of no show no refunds are possible.
