It comprises 75 rooms and suites with all the comforts and facilities of your own home, crowned with the appropriate services of a respectable hotel. The 75 hotel rooms and suites are newly renovated. They are all furnished to give its occupant a relaxing and a charming atmosphere. All suites have a private balcony, a kitchenette and are en-suite with standard amenities.
In 2004, the 10th floor was renovated to become the Executive Floor, where business travellers and VIP guests can find peace and extra facilities such as in-room fax machine, DVD player, hi-fi stereo, etc. to them feel more comfortable and be more productive.

Cancellations or changes made after payment is received a 6% penalty is kept as processing fee. Cancellation deadline is 6 days in low season and 9 days in high season otherwise and in case of no show the first night will be charged.
High season: Adha Nov12-25, Christmas & New Year Dec22-Jan4, Saudi winter holidays Feb2-11, Kuwaiti winter holidays Feb23-26, GCC spring holidays Apr6-15, Summer Jun-Sep.
All refund requests must occur within 20 days of hotel check-out. Refunds will be done by debiting the Client's credit card.
